As a clinician, she has served as a counselor in private practice and in the community. As a counselor educator, she has taught, presented and published. Dr. Lofties has a strong commitment to education and is a core faculty member of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, sharing her knowledge and passion for counseling with aspiring professionals.
Dr. Lofties' contributions extend beyond the classroom, as evidenced by her presentations on topics such as sexual assault prosecution, trauma-informed responses for clergy, and recognizing trauma in children.
